Talent Co-Cultivation and Scientific Research Collaboration - The Internship of Outstanding Students from the School of Printing and Packaging, Xi'an University of Technology Concludes Successfully

In July 2025, during the summer vacation, outstanding students majoring in Printing Engineering from the School of Printing, Packaging and Digital Media at Xi'an University of Technology, embarked on a mission to the production line of Shaanxi Siwei Printing Co., Ltd. for internship and exchange activities. The company's General Manager Wu Ningzhou, Assistant General Manager Dong Wuqiang, Administrative and Human Resources Director Liu Hui, and workshop directors warmly welcomed the students. The first exchange meeting was held in the Party branch conference room, during which both parties had indepth exchanges and formulated a detailed internship plan. After the successful conclusion of the exchange meeting, the students delved into the production workshop and began a 15day internship. Safety is the top priority in production, so the students first received rigorous safety training. Subsequently, workshop leaders provided detailed explanations of key processes such as plate making, printing, and binding, in accordance with the production flow.

On the afternoon of July 21st, as the internship was coming to an end, Professor Li Huailin from the Printing Engineering Department of the School of Printing, Packaging and Digital Media at Xi'an University of Technology, along with the leaders and students from Siwei Printing, held a summary and exchange meeting. At the beginning of the meeting, Professor Li Huailin delivered a speech, expressing his heartfelt gratitude to the company for their meticulous care and professional guidance provided to the students during the internship. Through 15 days of internship, the students also put forward constructive opinions and suggestions to the company. The company's General Manager, Wu Ningzhou, highly praised the students for their professional dedication and meticulous work attitude during the internship.
