Uniting our hearts and gathering our strength, with ropes flying high - Shaanxi Siwei Printing Co., Ltd.'s fun tug-of-war activity came to a successful conclusion

In order to actively respond to the call for nationwide fitness, enhance team cohesion and collaboration spirit, and boost employee morale, so that everyone can be fully engaged in their work with the most energetic attitude, on the morning of October 21, 2025, the Party branch, labor union committee, and safety and environmental protection department of Shaanxi Siwei Printing Co., Ltd. jointly organized a fun tugofwar competition with the theme of "Uniting Hearts, Flying Ropes".

The event was technically guided by Dong Wuqiang, the assistant to the general manager, and Guo Jie, the chief equipment engineer, served as the refereeinchief. In preparation for the competition, the team leaders of the men's and women's groups stepped forward and decided the order of appearance through a "palm and back of the hand" gesture. With the referee-in-chief's whistle, the intense competition began.

At the beginning of the competition, the scene immediately became lively. The participating team members gripped the long rope tightly, leaned back, lowered their center of gravity, and pulled back with concerted effort and utmost strength. Outside the venue, cheers, shouts, and encouragements echoed one after another, filling the entire space, creating a joyful yet tense atmosphere. Everyone gave their all, pooling their strength into the rope in their hands.

After several rounds of intense and fierce competition, the exciting showdown of strength and skill finally came to an end. The Gaoyang team from the Rotary Workshop won the championship in the men's category, the Zhang Xiaofeng team from the Binding Workshop 2 won the runnerup position, and the Rao Xinjian team from the Rotary Workshop won the third place. The Zhao Dan team from the Binding Workshop 2 won the championship in the women's category, the Zhao Yuhong team from the Binding Workshop 2 won the runnerup position, and the Zhang Yu team from the Production Logistics Department won the third place. The organizing committee of this competition specially prepared thermos cups and notebooks as prizes, and invited Dong Wuqiang, the assistant to the general manager, to present awards to the champions, Liu Hui, the director of administrative personnel, to present awards to the runnersup, and Liu Guangyu, the manager of the Plate Making Center, to present awards to the third-place winners.

This tugofwar competition not only enriched the cultural life of the employees and effectively alleviated the pressure of daily work, but also showcased the participants' demeanor, improved their competitive skills, enhanced team cohesion, and fostered communication and exchange among departments.
